Need help with obtaining Razah

Firstly, I dont know where I should post this to, so dont blame me for this.

I really want to have Razah. I spent an hour on farming Factions points and got 6,000 ^_^. I went to Balthzar Factions Reward (not sure the name is right) and unlocked Razah. Unfortunately, I did not see Razah in my heroes list. Can anybody help give me an explanation or advice? Your help is appreciated.

You should read, that unlocking at priest only unlocks on account, not character. So you can't use him in PvE if you dont do a quest. But you can use him in pvp.

To get Razah you need first to complete the Nightfall campaign.

Thas right... beat up Abaddon.
From there, and after the endgame credit area and whatnot... you head to the Chantry of Secrets.... find your way through the huge gates by talking to the gate-guard.... go up and talk to the statue in there to get to the Gate of Anguish.

There is a guy in there who gives you a quest to get Razah. You need then only go back to the entrance area for the fight with Abaddon... and look around for the little area you couldn't access before that the quest leads you to. Razah is in the next relatively small (but crowded with enemies) area.
As a slight hint... bring a Ritualist of your own with the power to insta-kill enemy spirits.

Yeah you unlocked the pvp only Razah. To get him in pve, you need to beat Abadon first then do a quest to get him.
