I have been trying to download it but it doesn't download..times out... I can download the map no problem...any ideas?

Are you just right clicking on the link and using "Save As..."? I just downloaded it that way without a problem. Uploaded it too, just in case you still have issues downloading it.

I'm thinking that it should be okay, though ANet might want to track how many downloads the manual gets from their site. Anyway, including the delete link too.

The first one has been deleted and the second one can't be opened by adobe reader.

Oh yeah... manual seems quite smaller than the other before it... I guess it is just an expansion though.
