Did anyone read the description of the Krait in the GW:EN manual?

It claims they are found on the Tarnished Coast.

Then it contradicts that by saying they are found only in the Charr Homelands.

What, what, what?

Maybe they were only thought to be found in the charr homeland as that was the only real place humans had explored up till now
