The Suggestions:
Add an in-game NPC, which has a database of active Guilds and Alliances that are currently looking for members, for people to browse.
It would have a similar effect to the "LFG" Search feature which displays players and teams looking for people.
The NPC would require 5k to Register your guild into the Database, as well as you would need to manually type out a description for people to see, like a sales pitch.
The list of guilds would display their Rank and Rating and whether they are PvP, PvE or a Cross (selected by the player who registered the guild)
Upon clicking on one of the Guilds from the list, you can then see additional information about the guild (the sales pitch as mentioned) etc.
This would also apply to Alliances, with a "Step by Step" method to choosing one. Step 1: Kurzick or Luxon, Step 2: PvE, PvP, Cross etc. yada yada

this would be great /signed BUT it would be quite hard to work out many of the bugs and it would be massive in scale...... soooo idk if this is posssible

would this feature contact a active officer or would there be someother way to notify that a someone wants to join the guild.

/signed...quite like the idea,,, but it could be something that could be bugged...perhaps give the name of the officer that is recruiting rather then have the NPC pm him...dunno...neat idea though!

That is why people make forums with recruitment sections on them. If people are to lazy to go to a guilds forum and post their info. (PvP ex. Balth faction, past guilds, titles, etc..) then they really arent trying that hard to get into a guild. And as far as I know dont most PvE guilds just go into major towns typing out that their looking for more active people in their guild?
