Setting up play nc master account

I was trying to pre-order gwen through the online store and it said I had to create a play nc account, however when I try to do it I get a message saying "Error inserting account address record. Please try again or contact support.(code=1791034)". Has anyone else experienced this? I sent a message to support, but thought I would see if anyone else has dealt with this as well.
