Wrong section maybe, hope not.
It's currently 3:25am GMT and, according to my alliance members, 7:25pm Pacific Time.
The login screen announcement says that it starts at 12:01Pacific (-7GMT). However, as you can probably see, that doesn't hold true with reality.
7:25pm -> Midnight = 4 hours 35 minutes
3:25am -> 7am = 3 hours 35 minutes.
Therefore the login announcement is IN-correct, due to Daylight Savings I assume.
Someone tell me if this is true, cos there's a whole lot of people in Lions Arch DETERMINED that I'm wrong.

The event begins in about 40 minutes, at 12:01 AM Pacific; 3:01 EDT; 7:01 GMT; 8:01 BST; 9:01 CEST (except it's not "standard" time so I don't know what it's called in the summer, sorry.)
The West Coast of the US is +8 to GMT only when we are in Pacific Standard Time, which begins in November and runs until sometime in March. 8 months of the year, we're +7 to GMT, but we're nearly aligned with British Time to -8, for they adopt British Saving Time nearly at the time that we adopt Pacific Daylight Time.
