Hair style + color changer NPC

The same hairstyle and color all the time just doesnt compliment the veriety of armor and colors you can get... BUT

If there was an npc that allowed you to cahnge your hairstyle and color any time you want, you could match that armor perfectly!

I suggest it cost 500g for color cahnge and 500g for hairstyle change.
