Gets Preorder Weapons, but can't go to GW:EN

in summary, i'm am mad, wait up all night to do gw:en, and new build message comes up. and bam, no quest?
WtF i'm thinking, so i /bonus to make sure i got the pre-order
and i get my weapons.
So i get my pre order weapons, but not my access to gw:en.
I'm wondering if anyone else could be having this problem.

You means the quest givers.. don't want to give you the quest??

there is no quest given out by len or whoever NPC it was!@@@


HELP

Be sure you purchased the Preorder.
Be sure that if you got a boxed product, you installed the key.
Be sure you only have ONE GW:EN quest.
Abandon the others, if you got them in multiple places.
Be sure you are level 20.

If all those are true, then please submit a support ticket with your account information: User name and the character name that is having trouble.
