Preorder GW:EN Problem

Ok, ive got a problem

Last night i preordered the hardware GW:EN off Play.com.

and i thought i would want the bonus items aswell so i went to buy the software off the offical GW store anyways when i get there it says ive already purchased it.... But i havent and when i get in game i type /preorder and nothing happens.. and i cant re buy it cz apparntly ive already bought it...

any ideas?

Having much the same problem here. I never got around to pre-ordering it until this weekend, and now it tells me I've already bought it. Nice theory, but of course the quests are inaccessible.

The PlayNC store seems to be okay though.

the command is, /bonus , if that helps. Did you get given a code by Play and add it to your account? if not then theres probably a problem with the store because it is already the sneak peek weeekend.

Confirmed, buying from the PlayNC store worked.

Well, ive tried /bonus and it still doesnt give me anything... and i was given no key because i didnt even buy it! but its a bug and it says i have...

I experienced the same bug trying to preorder in game. I guess I will have to preorder it from PlayNC store now.
