Can't preorder GWEN from in game store?

I tried to preorder GWEN from in game store, but the "Add to cart" button was greyed out, and it said "already purchased", but I'm sure I don't have it in my account. Is this a bug? I can't get into the sneak preview, can somone help me?

It must be a bug. Just go to the web store and buy the pre-order there. I just did and it worked ok.

Same problem. Says I already purchased it. Must have just done this on everyones accounts to lock it down. Guess we should have pre-ordered sooner. Oh well.

happened the exact opposite to me, i bought the pre release since day 1 and now i check on the online and it says i don't have it =/

I bought the Pre-Release from GameStop.com and was supposed to be emailed a key to access the bonus weekend. I never got an email, except for an automated confirmation that did not include the bonus key.
Just got off the phone with a representive named "James" and he told me that my access key would be sent out next Thursday. What kind of bullshit is that?
