Thank you very much for contacting the Guild Wars Customer Support Team. After researching our log files, one of your account's characters has been found to be trading Gold and/or items with known gold traders and/or gold farmers in a manner that posed a violation of our rules stating "You may not sell or auction any Guild Wars accounts, characters, items, coin or copyrighted material, nor may you assist others in doing so.".

In this case, as you are a one-time offender, we will remove the ban. However, please be aware that if we notice similar behaviour in the future, we will have to close your account permanently. Please allow 24 hours for this to take effect.

Please feel free to contact the support team again if you encounter any other problems.

Regards,

How would you know that person is still out there? Unless you mean out of Guild wars...

P.S. Do remeber, you're essentially on parole, so stay extra careful...

I was banned because I purchased mentioned item from someone who got it in ways which EULA does not approve. Notice: I've bought it at Market price, thats why I was not suspicious and, I didnt know about duping scandal..

I dont know if that person is banned or not... I was making a comment regarding that the guy who sold me stuff was not banned before we traded. And yes, I know that I'm on parole. Only pve I'll do for a while, is level my warrior, but I'll focus on gladiator title too

I don't like that part of the email. So if I see someone who is selling unid golds and they are a gold farmer I could get banned if I buy the items?

That may be the case, although I'm unsure... Armbrace is more expensive then some unid gold.. I know one thing: No buying/selling for me in the near future, for sure!
