PC on gold req 9 dual winged axe

pc on req 9 dual winged axe, 15^50, enchants last 20 % longer
heard this is a rare skin, but i've seen threads that sell it for ... very little gold, so i might as well check

It's not rare, bit uncommon. Demand is low for these, I'd salvage enchant & 15^50 from it, axe itself 5k-8k~
