Hmm, currently doing the "Blood washes Blood" quest and I found some interesting things during the quest.
First one was the fact that some charrs hade 2 professions, saw the fire magic charrs using extinguish.
But! The second strangt thing I noticed was that the charrs used the r9 emote in the middle of battle, I was like WTF and took some screens on it, here is one.
If you dont believe me, do the quest and see.

They only use the emote when someone die, so strip your armor and get spiked and watch they spit on your corpse by emoting it :=)

I'm 99% sure that the skill "Gloat" causes this, I haven't had time to read the description as it goes away too fast, but they always use it just as you die then the Tiger appears.

It is Gloat. It recharges all skills on all party members :S At least i think thats what it said, but its a pita with Firestorm/Meteor Shower been spammed at hench and Aegis been chained.

Yes, the /ranking is the animation for when their skill gloat triggers. Gloat will trigger every time one of their foes (one of your allies) dies. It does this:
Gain 10 energy, 5 strikes of adrenaline, and your skills are recharged (all for the charr)
And I belive it's on a charr-by-charr basis and not charr-partywide kidna thing.
