tried in town and in explorable....dosen't seem to do anything!

anyone else gettign this too?

Yep same here, thought maybe it was for a future quest but with the other problems I had...... not sure anymore.

Yeah I thought of that, maybe it is for a future quest where you get key for it. Didn't play too long but I will keep an eye out for something like that. Funny thing is I was the only one in my party to get it, cause it dropped right near me. If I don't continue playing with them, then what? That would suck for them!

So now that most of the big parts of EotN have open up to everyone. Has anyone figured out what these “Encrypted Charr Battle Plans” were for? I have yet to hear anything new on this subject, so I thought to bring this back up.
