Banned accounts..

My account got banned and i dont know for what reason and i was just wondering if anyone knows how yo ucan appeal it to get it back because i all 3 campaigns and thats $150 and 2 years of gameplay into it. anyone please help!!!!

If you don't know why it was banned then send one of those support-ticket thingies to A-Net.

Yuppers, If you bought an ambrace super cheap or Gold from a gold farmer, that may be the reason... If not, then you need to figure out why via ticket..

How can they take away your account if you payed a lot of money for all 3 campaigns..?

Lol, You signed the Eula.. It's their game, and they would rather sacrifice the one person doing a bad thing than make it a worse gaming experience for everyone else. I'm not saying you are at fault, but they don't just ban people for no reason (most of the time..).. Any ways just contact support, and if you are a one-time offender it is likely they will let you off the hook. Anyways, it is the same as any society, they have to punish anybody in wrong in order to keep it running smoothly.. You can't just expect them to leave it alone..

Or if you buy it at normal price from a gold farmer/duper (my case).

They will unban you if you haven't done anything to break EULA. Just keep with PMing them
