Help on The Great Norn Alemoot!

I've dranken from both kegs, brought 3 kegs to the stand, drank again, and for the life of me I CAN NOT do the stupid sloloam! That's like skiing as far as I know, and I hate sports and know nothing about them. No matter what I do, it says I failed to follow the rules. Someone please help me, give me a step by step of what to do!!! Please!!!
