+20%<50%H - any use for it?

So ... I'm doing some IDS farms with H&H last night - didn't get one but I did get a rather nice req 10 FDS, +15%/-10 armor - woot, I guess.

Then, today, a req 9 Fellblade!!!

You can imagine my disappointment when it turned out to be +20%<50%H.

So, my question is: is this useful for anything, any particular build or whatnot?

I'd hate to simply merch it, then find out a 55 Monk, say, would pay a small fortune for it lol.

Nope, There is never a build where you plan on being "below 50% hp".. It sucks though.. But you can try to sell it to a noob.. They might go ZomGz! reqw9 FelBalde!

I suppose I could customize it and give it to one of my Kosses.
