I came up with idea about how making RA be more fun and hopefully with less leavers and no 3 monks 1 rt groups : make every team have more chance of getting 1 member per class , meaning that if thers a sin in group 1 the chance to get another sin will reduce , hence ther will be more chance to have a stable team.
Some may say it ruin the "randomization" and my answer :
A team with 4 different main proffesions seems more random than 4 warriors , plus it adds more "pepper"
