Heh... me and a few guildmates have been grinding these, got each of us a set of gloves, so yes 140 stones. Wont give much away about location, but if you've done all the sneak-peak primaries you should already have had to fight these

True, the best source seems to be around the flame in SE Jaga, plus theres a portal to restart the area beside them. The spectrals are resistant to every damage source it seems, well from exp, so life stealing is a good choice
