W/R Build

Hello all I wanted some insight on what the best build possible is for a Warrior/Ranger. I would also like to know where to get the skills for the build.
I also ask for your knowledge on where my attribute points should be to make me most affective in battle. Thank you

Please no ridiculous post to make me have a dumb build. I would just like some insight, but I'm not a complete idiot.

With max weapon mastery, a helm and rune for at least 14 in your weapon of choice, then the rest split into Tactics/Strength/whatever secondary you're using.

Stuff that's good to use - Condition removal, Hex removal, Adrenaline buffers, Conjure Fire/Frost/Lightning, Watch Yourself!, enchant removers, Shock, etc.

Stuff to avoid is Healing Prayers. They're bad.
