Finally got r3 Norn Allegiance (Slayer of Nightmares), so I gained access to the Consumables trader, who happens to have to some interesting stuff...

Descriptions of the other items:

The only bad things about these is that they're not stackable, so I can't have more of em.

Perfect Salvage Kit is pure awesomeness. Now, you can take that Superior Vigor off that armor you don't wear anymore, but don't want to get rid of. Woot!

Actually I just made some Grails and they are stackable. The salvage kits, however, are not.
