Dungeon help need please

Ok i am starting to get frustrated. I have tried battledepths dungeon twice and can't figure out how to get to the next level? Do i need to kill everything or what? Really frustrated over this...same thing with the on all the way north...can't figure out how to get to the second level...apparently i am missing something that shoulb be obvious but i have no clue.

is this the 1 with the keys? think you need to get the keys which open a door, finding the dudgeon map makes each dudgeon alot easier

How many Levels do Battledepths have? Dunno what to do next, Battledepths or Frostmaws...

there are supposed to be 3 levels to battledepths...

So i need to find keys? Are they hidden? do the drop from Mobs? not sure..as you can tell i am a noob when it comes to dungeons.
