Anything after northern Allies?

I just finished the Northern allies quest and I know that the Asura and Vanguard quests are not available. But I was wondering if there was any primary quest follow up since Jalis didn't give me one. Also, since the preview map shows you can reach umbral grotto, can someone tell me how to get there?
