Hello,
I am a dervish and all of the really good skills are at Mouth Of Torment. How do I get there soon? I am level 9. Thanks.

Using a Priest of Balthazar, you can unlock skills for your account and then buy them at an earlier skill trainer, such as at Kamadan. I assume it's still possible, it was when I last tried.

you can unlock them in the baltazar preist then use a tome..
