LF Euro based friendly and mature HA/PvE guild

I'm 27 years old, originally from Sweden but currently living in the UK. I've been playing GW for over two years and although the first year was spent largely in PvE, it is in PvP I find the most joy these days.

What I'm Looking For

Over the last 8 months I've been looking for that special place to call Home. Ideally a mix of PvP and high end PvE but with a clear emphasis on PvP, and HA inparticular. While I do enjoy the occassional GvG, it is not what I prefer and given a choice between the two, HA always comes first. Additionally, I have no interest in TA and do not care much for AB:s.

I can't stress enough that I want a mature and friendly guild. Meaning no shouting over vent, no name calling in guild chat, no trash talking the opposing teams. It is also very important that the guild is Euro based. I know from experience that my schedule does not work well with American time zone based guilds.

I want to join an active guild - not a guild that is on its' last leg and is trying to recruit to stay alive a little bit longer. I don't like guild hopping and the idea is certainly to try and find a place where I'll be happy in the longterm.

As for activity, I'm looking for a guild that plays HA at least 3 days a week and for a few hours at a time. I'd prefer a fairly experienced guild, but to me attitude is more important than rank.

What I Have To Offer

I've got Prophecies, Factions and Nightfall (+GWEN) and one PvE character of each profession. Most of them have completed all three campaigns and can lend a hand to whoever needs help. I will however say that since I've played through every campaign 14 times already (due to moving chars from my secondary to my main account), my preference is for high end PvE rather than early missions.

As for Pvp, I'm UAX, currently halfway between r7 and r8 and experienced in back- and midline roles. I've played very little frontline so far so that's something I could do with exploring for the sake of versatility.

I've got Vent, a working mic and a stable connection.

On a more personal note, I'm a pretty quiet person. This can be deceiving because I am a very serious player, always analyzing and trying to better myself. Winning is not everything to me, but making progress is important and I like when people can discuss, in a nice and civilized manner, what can be done differently next time. Meaning I want constructive feedback, and I'm happy to give it as well.
