OK, I've been doing some IDS runs. But I can't run through some groups - is this just pure unluckiness or is there something wrong, (or even) do I have to do the running route with heros + henches?

Sometimes it's a luck - I'm amazed that at EVERY video they've got only imps + maybe one troll in front of Imp cave. I tried to do it few times and I always had Avicara's there -.- IDS ain't that great if you know how to solo/dual FoW or UW...

I'm just doing it for the sword, but I can't get thru the big Stone Summit mobs on the bridge bit, any tips?

Yes, but what about the other mobs under it - they keep killing me o_O

you only need to get their once when you are their you just rezone through the portal over there
