Moa Eggs...

If you read the text when you place the egg into the springs at Mouring Veil, you'll understand that it isnt hardening in a cooking sense.

The thought of a mini-moa? or just that non of the other moa were watching

where is the collector for nesting material? I can't seem to find it.

I have nesting stuff, egg and volcanic rock. I'll try that hardening in a bit.

EDIT: Hardening works, nothing has happened, cant apply the nesting and rock to the egg it sems.

1x Hardened Egg
1x Volcanic Rocks
1x Nesting Material (Trader is in Resplendant Makuun labeled as Skree Wing Trader on "U" map)
also i have a branch of Juni berries

But so far nothing has happened
If anyone has spotted anything new at all please let me know i love mini's and moas so a mini-moa is just perfect to me

EDIT : Off for a jog round the cliffs on Istan to see if theres a new NPC or anything else

Why not try going back to the nest with all the stuff?

OK, after much running around the fun world of Guild Wars, I have these Items:

Hardend Moa Egg
Volcanic Rock
Nesting Material
Branch of Juni Berries

Now what do I do with them? They are not Quest Items. I tried sitting on the Hardened Moa Egg as suggested above. Has anyone heard any new news on the rumored "mini-moa"? Or should I just continue sitting on my egg?

Please note this is no more than a theory but has anyone collected all the stuff AND had an evolved Black Moa in the party? thats my guess and i'm off to capture one

EDIT;Nothing happened, although i didnt have the berries

Branch of Berries is a guess as you can get as many as you want but they have no use

I captured a Moa (black) and nothing has happened so i'm going back to nest with it then i'll try evolveing it

All going back did was get me a second egg

Maybe take everything to that one Pet Tamer outside of Sunspear Great Hall? They are talking about being afraid of a Black Moa.

They run round screaming "OMG IT LIVES" and "DON'T EAT MY EYES" but apart from that nothing

That was funny. I went to him again without a black moa equipped and still nothing, did it in HM also. I tried going to a few other Pet Tamers also. Nothing. I also went back to the Moa nesting grounds outside of Fort Ranik and the Black Moa location in Factions in Regular and HM...nothing. Some more info might follow when GW:EN goes back online. Maybe you have to take all those items and a new one from GW:EN to the area with all the white moas running around. I'll keep tring things out. Keeps me interested.

Non of the items can be salvaged either or i'd use my perfect kit make sure i get one

Hmm well she was added after the preview weekend... strange.. still it doesn't seem like it will be hard to do.. once people figure out what to do that is >.> Keep trying!

Where do you get the Branch of berries?
