Fell Blade price up Pleas

I have a gold Req10 Fellblade
It now has a zealous upgrade, a 15^50 and a +29 health upgrade and i was wondering how much this might fetch for and if it would increase in price by much if i put a +30 on instead

40k~ or so assuming it's inscribable, no need to add mods if you're selling it.

If its inscribable, 30-35k imo. ~40k if not.

If you add a +30 mod worth 10k, how much do you think it will (potentially) increase the items value by?

(Bear in mind that a hi-end component attached to a low-mid range item will not - in general - retain its full value.)

30k or so, imo.
