pc on r9 serpent axe

hello all,

i have this furious serpent axe of enchanting and no idea what it is worth. the stats are:

slashing dmg: 9-28 (req 9)
double adr on hit (10%)
ench last 19% longer
inscription: vengeance is mine
damage +20% (while below 50%)

100k~ or so, assuming it's 6-28, not 9-28
