+20% Dmg While Below 50% Health
Enchantments Last 20% Longer

Looks like it's 20 below 50. Looking at it, it looks like it's just a normal skin longbow with a high req. I'd say merch it, you are going to have a hard time selling that.

Yea merch or salvage the +20 enahnts (they dont sell to well though)

merch + salvage 20% enchant if u rly need gold as they wont get much
