100k + 20e or so imo.

I've bought that exact bow for 40k before, thinking I got a great deal. 15%stance is incredibly hard to sell, as it's not very useful. I ended up trading it for about 100k worth of stuff, which I have yet to sell, so I would give it a price of 40-60k.
