Making Fort Aspenwood and Jade Quarry accesible to pvp only chars

As we all know, Jade Quarry is dead, there is no population there, and Fort Aspenwood has very low population. How about making them accessible to pvp only chars? maybe through alliance battles NPC or a button on battle isles?

Let's see... You want to make LESS people go to an ALREADY dead place in Factions by making Fort Aspenwood, one of the places where leeches run rampant as it is and one of the best ways to get Luxon faction to progress through the game... PVP characters can already go there. What benefits would there be to stopping PVE characters going there too? Unless there's some MIRACLE I'm missing, which I'm seriously doubting.

PvP only characters *can* go there. They changed this around a year ago. GG?
