GoK Farming Build 4 HM

I usually farm in GoK (go in the mission and go past the pig to where the shitload of gnarls and hellhounds spawn) and my build works very good.

The build is: Endure Pain, Cyclone Axe, "Watch Yourself!", Gladiator's Defense, Bonetti's Defense, Healing Signet, Vigorous Spirit, and Live Vicariously.

Now what I can't do is farm the area in HM. Any suggestions?

you need a +20% enchant axe (totem axe is perfect) and a tactics shield

put up earth attunement, then stoneflesh aura and aggro the hellhound + the initial ghoul pop-up (usually 4). Put up shield stance and renew stoneflesh aura. Then glyph of renewal - sliver armor. Repeat it whenever needed. Use cyclone axe to charge bonetti's for energy or blocking. Always cover the end of stoneflesh aura with either bonetti's or shield stance (as there is a small downtime). Healing signet in case you take too much damage / start bleeding / are poisoned.

I tried that with a W/Mo and used the cyclone type attacks with Shield of Regen as the elite and Judge's Insight. It could kill and survive kinda well but was so annoying having to recast Judge's Insight every few seconds
