Let them fix the hall of monuments first. As for the skins being available to all, that is a good thing. My Furious Chaos Axe of Charrslaying, Demonslaying, and Fortitude Have always been nice- but an Inscibable summit axe will be the icing on the cake.
I have glooms,inscribable shield of wings, yet, that shield in the contest with the demonic face and the dragons is what I want! Never worried about the Crystalline. I think the ele sword is a touch not my taste, but that new mammoth Blade is sexy.

He also got 4 green axes (I forget the name) that have the Mallyx Reaver skin from the end chest in a dungeon. Sold them for 60k each.

I have yet to get a really rare weapon of any sort. No luck on drops to this point after over two years, and too cheap to buy one. Maybe I'll get something I want now if they are becoming a bit more available in GW:EN.
To be honest though, so far on all my characters, my very favorite weapon is the Infected smiting wand I use on my farming monk.. It fits so well, looking like a badass spiked mace. I don't care that it's purple and not even max damage.. it looks really cool.

Seriously though, i never liked the skins because they dont seem to 'fit' with any armor if that makes sense. A steel sword and shield fits but a 'glass' shield and sword? But hey, long live diversity, the more skins the better imho.

It seems like just about every skin that is currently not inscribable is now going to drop in GWEN as inscribable. Fine with me. Don't really care about the Crystalline, but there is a different skin (shield) that has been relatively out-of-reach for me that I finally got my hands on, thanks to my wife getting it as a drop in GWEN:

Bad news for traders thas for sure when GWEN opens its doors. The days of even needing any gold seem almost over. Ectoes from 17plat maybe 19plat at their highest down to 4plat hahaha. Gold bot farmers much be losing a fortune now there is just no need for much gold anymore.

have to agree with you, everything seems to be becoming more 'common' if thats the right word.. only things that you would have thought hold some value were torment wepons as they dont drop, but doupers kind of shafted that, atleast there prices havent dropped by much!

Get off it, some people like the crystalline. Some people also apparently like the look of the short sword / tyrian gladius, which I think is the most silly looking toothpick ever, regardless of how accurate looking it is. To those suggesting that traders/bot farmers will be screwed, think again. Unless anet nerf every item in the game to inscription, there will always be hi-end items selling for +x amount of ecto.
And unless Anet makes all skins available at merch + all armors available to choose at character make + gold rewards from quests so large that no-one needs to farm for materials, there will always be those who are smart enough to play the market for their own gain.

a little of topic but any word about Summit Warlord Shields? I'd love to have one, got Reefclaw's Refuge atm but Strength +1 20% just doesnt do it for me..
