Haxing Heroes

As we all know, until Eye of the North goes live, any skills we aquired are locked until then. Something odd has just happened this lunchtime, I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this. I was out with Sousuke and noticed a pretty distinctive skill animation. I hang back a bit and watch Sousuke. What's he using? Magnetic Surge.

So I open his skillbar and Magnetic Surge is "locked". I try to click on it...and you can't force him to use it. Then..he uses it again. Has anyone else noticed the way heroes can use locked skills on their own?

I want to know Sousuke's cheat code.

A similar thing happens for people with Razah and no Factions (I was quizzing a Guildie on this ) - he can use his Rit skills, but can't be forced to use them and stuff.

lol well heroes don't have to buy the game to use the skills maybe? That would be great for me and I'm going to check it now since I spent like 25k buying skills for my heroes during the preview. If they can use them without me buying the full version that will be great cause I'm not buying GWEN when it firsts comes out. Gonna wait cause I think the price is gonna come down drastically with all this hate for HOM and grind that was exposed during the preview.

I didn't notice... but i doubt that anet really cares anyway.

I dare say they probably don't care...but it still made me chuckle the first time I noticed it, just wondered if anyone else had.

And I wouldn't touch Etta's tea with a 8 foot teaspoon...it makes you... "see things".
