Also, since this is a new item from GW:EN, I am not sure if anyone knows its value.

Hard to tell, it propably is going to be somewhat common skin (dropped quite often in preview) so wouldn't expect much.
I've seen few req9-10 go for 5k-10k range but personally not sure about exact price.

On "Sell" forums you can see req. 9-10's going for about 5-20k, so I'd guess from there, but I'd personally say its worth between 3-6k
