Returning player looking for semi casual farming-ish guild

According to the guru site i've last been on here in november 2006, so that's about when i stopped playing guild wars. Back then Factions was still pretty new, insignias, heroes and reconnects were unheard of, i was farming ectos on my 55 monk with a SS necro or solo with my 55 mesmer, or Sskai and (some ele boss i forget the name of) on a W/N.

Then i succumbed to the WoW disease for a year and a half, after which i decided i'd rather grind for cosmetic items again

Now I'm back on a new account, a month old or so. I have a 20 mesmer, 20 warrior, 20 dervish, working on a MM. I have unlocked hard mode for Prophecies, at Unwaking Waters in Factions (both on my mesmer), and my Dervish is at Pogahn Passage in Nightfall. I've also preordered GWEN, of course.

What I'm looking for is a semi casual guild, that means no online requirements or daily faction requirements; i'm online a lot but kind of unpredictable, and with long afk periods. Interested in group play (heroes don't talk a lot), for exploring GWEN, farming other endgame areas, capping elites and even advancing myself through the older 3 campaigns if anyone can be bothered. I'm 31 btw, so i'm probably looking for a guild where at least the leader and officers are 20+.

I like PvP, but not enough to be really competitive so far, and it's a secondary interest. I like fooling around with my mesmer in the random arenas (haven't unlocked team arenas yet).

EDIT: Important and I forgot to mention: i'm at GMT+2 and looking for EU english speaking guild

Turn ons: mass murder of innocent mobs in a group. Gold drops with rare skins nice but optional.
Turn offs: SMS speak, guilds that don't talk in guild chat.
