yes it is real and is known to be the only one in existence. So don't expect to see it in the store. This hand crafted jewel was made by a fan.....who is.....Somebody.

But I am not saying who.....I know I am Ebil

The t-shirts look very generic IMO. Remove the GW logo and you got your average t-shirt found at Zellers, Wal-mart, or any other clothing store.

I just got my copy of GW:EN and noticed this as well. They're pretty cool, but where's the whammo shirt? "I'm using mending!"
The leaflet was pretty small though, so I assume there probably is one for each class.

beautiful work, but if they were to sell charr plushies I wouldn't want onw that looked like that, but something like the charrs in the healbot blues comics ( http://www.crithitcomics.com/healmain.htm ) ie. SD Charrs, for those familiar with manga lingo.

Merch is online now....

And second thought, at a ridiculous £350 for a 2GB Nano with the Guild Wars logo and eve printed I don't think I will bother!

Just to put that in perspective:
2GB Standard iPod Nano £79.99 (ebuyer quote)
8GB Standard iPod Nano £130.00 (ebuyer quote)
80GB Video iPod £211.48 (ebuyer quote)
8GB iPhone £359 (on O2)

Anyone else think its a little excessive, even for a "limited edition"?
I just can't justify spending £350 on essentially a flashy looking basic 2GB iPod when it would be lot cheaper and more individual to get the 80GB Video iPod with a custom printed cover with your own character from your own artwork (obviously not using screenshots that's under copyright and would be naughty ).

Does purchases count towards BMP?

What is wrong with you NCsoft? CC-only again?? And way to expensive again??? Eve-Poster 23 Euros! That is 31 US-dollars.

IT DOES NOT COUNT TOWARDS THE BMP!!!

Very sorry, but as far as I can ascertain, this is a totally separate venture, sort of like a TMNT t-shirt and a movie, and therefore the credit cannot be applied for merchandise towards the game product (BMP).

I am verifying that with our partners in Europe.

Gaile can I ask why the 2GB iPod Nano is £350?
Bearing in mind its a "limited edition" so will have been slightly more expensive to make I still don't understand the increase from an average high street £90 to £350?

Oh and is there shipping on top of that?

I don´t care for the reason, the fact remains that once again not CC users can not buy anything not redundant to get the BMP. Another chance missed for ANet and NCsoft.

heres the really pressing question.

why do all you gaming companies DISCRIMIHATE on your larger gamers by NEVER EVER EVER offering a decently sized shirt in the 3XL or 4XL range.

now look im a little big boned. and nearly 7 feet tall. i want to sport a guild wars hoody. but cant.

i got a free guild wars t-shirt with nightfall. it was a MEDIUM. im tired of the discrimination. lets get real here and realize that not all of your gamers are small.

some of us are VERY VERY XXXXLARGE.

If your tall, muscle-bound or large your stuck for choice, always 9/10.
Most people that want larger clothes are also willing to pay the extra so I don't see the problem with getting some larger sizes in to cater for people who want or need it.

I think there is something a little odd about those chest size measurements, the largest mens is listed as 60cm, the smallest standard chest size in britain is about 90cm. If I were to assume that they were halved, that would mean a rather large small at 104cm...

So far this is only the European Play NC store and not the American one. Anyone know if they will offer this in the American store, or should I just bite the bullet and buy that gorgeous nightfall poster from the European store and pay shipping charges?

I really really want that poster... drool.....

I didn't know they weren't offering that in America yet, more than likely they will sooner than later.

Wow, I desire absolutely none of that. I was glad that the shirts aren't screaming "geek" all over them, but the Monk and Elementalist shirts' hues are too bold and saturated for my taste. The ranger shirt's colour is okay, but I don't like that the profession names are noted under the Guild Wars logo at all. Also not a fan of the use of white for the designs. Monk should have had a darker blue instead of white, for example...

I really dig those hand-painted Profession Statues though. I'd have to see the quality and design well before purchasing but I anticipate I might be extremely interested in those.

Looking at the prices now expect them to be £150+ "limited editions". >_>
