Help me please

Some months ago I went from Prophecies to Factions. After that, I didnt played for some while. Now I want to do the missions of Cantha, but I don't have any missions in my quest log.

I am now at the Market Place, I've searched kryta, the man who gives the quest ' Mayhem in the Market ' But he won't give anything to me. After that, I tried to find Master Togo, cuz he will teleport me to blabla square blabla.

I think I abanded some quests some months ago. Please help, I can't get any further

Go back to Kaineng and then to Bejunkan Pier. You should find Togo(or whoever the quest giver is) there.
