unfortunately, it would be pretty low. The req (11) is pretty high and flamberges are not very popular any more.
Also, the perfect switcher scrip doesn't hold much value for people.
That said, it does have a perfect sundering hilt on it, which is where it's value would be. I would suggest salvaging the hilt and unloading the sword for 1-2k (or just merch it, honestly.)
Then, sell the sundering hilt for 15k or so.
