What does IMO, IAS, AL mean. I think AL has to do with armor. I feel stupid asking it but can anyone tell?

IMO = In My Opinion
IAS = Increase Attack Speed http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/IAS
AL = Armor Level (ex. the max AL for shields is 16)

IMO is a shorthand for In My Opinion

IAS stands for Increased Attack Speed and pertains to stances or enchantments etc that increase your rate of attack i.e. frenzy, flurry

AL stands for Armour Rating.
