About the Changing email option

Ever since I added the GW:EotN key to my account, that option is missing while on my other account that doesn't have GW:EotN still has it. I was wondering if this happened to anyone else or is someone trying to change my account login?

Did you buy the EO:TN preview through the ingame store or ncsoft store?

If so you can never change your login email again.

You can however change the email account ncsoft and Anet use to contact you through the Ncsoft site.

I bought it from my local store not from the online store. But I did sign up at the online store.

Unfortunately once you tie your GW account to a PlayNC Master account, you will be unable to change the login e-mail address for GW.

However, all relevant GW & PlayNC e-mails will be sent to the e-mail set in your PlayNC Master account. The e-mail in your plaync account can be changed to whatever you wish it to be.

Just remember when/if you change e-mails to change the details in your plaync account - thats whats important. The e-mail used to log into GW doesn't matter anymore, it's now an unchangable username login
