Dummy needs help

okay I can't seem to find the proper forum for this but I made this fairly long text in openoffice.org Writer, which is almost identical to Word but when I cope/paste I get this

[size=3]Pfew , finally finished,[/size]

is there any way to fix this? and if not, what's the easiest way to convert it all to normal size?

Like this? Remove the [Size x] [/Size] parts? uh.. guess not..

or it could just be the txt, remove the [Font=blah blah, cursive] as show above. Yush there we go!
