Rendering glitches?

Well, ever since im playing Guild wars nightfall (~1 Month), i'm having this problem. Squares everywhere, but it's only on Elona!

Likely either 1) a video driver bug, 2) crappy shader code or 3) a (slightly) malfunctioning video card, but there's no way to tell which of those it is without additional information.

It would have been easier to spot the glitches if you hadn't rescaled the images the way you did.
