Connection Problem

Hey, I've been having a problem with getting into Guild Wars. I open guild wars and it doesn't even start to log. Instead this is what I get:

Any help with this would be great.

Btw: it started when I got home last night at like 11:30 PM.

having the same problem, can't even get into the log-in screen.

anet should have prepared for this.
