AFAIK Anet keeps record (or NCSoft) of your purchases through the online store.

Look for the bonus weapons in the key / feature list.
Hourglass staff is one of the Eotn Preview kit.

Go to the PlayNC website, log in, check the Billing Summary.
It may be a bit off though, mine isn't showing my EotN purchase yet.
