connection timed out issue

when i logged on to guild wars tonight i saw that they oppened eotn for purchase early so i thought great ill go ahead and pick it up. well i got on to the store put the game in my cart and checked out. everrything was fine then the order timed out i suppose because of the traffic. well now i show the charge on my account thru my bank but i have no access to eotn and it still shows as unpurchased. what am i sposed to do

great the reason i order tonite was to pay tonite not next week. wonderful system you got anet. sorry if i sound cynical but come on they knew it was going to happen and they still didnt take the steps to fix their system

No-one has access to GW:EotN yet, but it should show up as purchased if you have purchased it.

yeah thats it. it should show as purchased but it doesnt.
*edit* i now have a ticket in the support system and it is going thru much faster than i had anticipated. hopefully ill have access in the morning
