If I recall correctly - I believe 4 of my teammates went out to do the bonus and I, along with my Koss, stayed to protect the Vizier. Bondage of Koss and the Vizier ftw.

First off, try hero/henching the mission. Tyrian missions compensate for the hench AI and skillsets by toning down difficulty when there's only one human player in the instance, and heroes are apparently recognized as henchies for this purpose. This is just something I've noticed; your mileage may vary, of course, but it's still something you might want to try.
Second, as with any "defend" objective, a MM will aid your party greatly. My current favorite is a Jagged Bones build with Animate Bone Minions and Animate Jagged Horror; the synergy between the three skills allows for a steady stream of minions even in the most adverse locations.
Third, the one thing you absolutely must do is avoid a pile-up, which means the White Mantle has to drop fast. Unfortunately, the White Mantle actually has decent monks in Hard Mode, but they are only powerful because of the enchantments they rely on. Bring Rip Enchantment and Envenom Enchantments on a Spiteful Spirit hero to counteract this, and throw Barbs on the skill bar as well so that the many minions actually do decent damage despite their low level.
Lastly, bring a good monk hero. I find a Healer's Boon monk works well enough for most situations, but you might want to consider a Zealous Benediction protector to compliment Alesia's healing instead. Then again, I don't like to rely exclusively on Alesia for healing, and because most of Prophecies is just about outhealing the damage I've done better with two heal monks when I could only pick up Alesia as my henchmonk. Round out your party with Stefan for the Charge (helps a lot when vanquishing, too) and the occasional need to tank when there are few minions around, and you should do fine.
I did the mission with this setup twice, once for the bonus and once for the mission itself. If you go after bonus, the White Mantle will start coming to the dock and will take the vizier down very fast when you approach to spawn him. You might be able to "cheat" the mission AI by flagging your heroes to the dock to have them take out or at least engage the mantle before the vizier spawns, but I haven't done it so I can't vouch for the results.

this missions takes some patience but can be done easily. near the end when getting the bonus, be careful as to not get close to the beach, scrape teh ridge to the rite and lead the ghost to its resting place, you will have to dispatch a few white mantle. when the ghost has gone home, simply re-scrape the wall and do not go near the beach. the vizier should not of spawned, but many mantle have. now comes the patience.
put your team a good distance from the beach, on the incoming path leading to the beach area, have someone pull small groups of mantle towards your flagged group. kill all that comes and repeat till all the mantle are dead.
then move towards the dock area, the vizier will spawn ,do his thing to summon the ship while there are no more enemies to approach. this tactic takes some more time to complete, but it has worked for me several times. good luck.

Bad English makes it hard to understand what you say, which in turn impedes any efforts to resolve your problems. I'm assuming you want to know if you can pull the White Mantle who are already at the dock so that they won't be there when the vizier spawns. If I'm wrong, correct me.
I do not believe what you ask is possible. When you approach the dock, the vizier will spawn. You need to approach to pull the White Mantle away, but approaching spawns the vizier... which usually means he dies rather fast.
The only possible thing I can think of is if you pull the White Mantle as they come, before they have the chance to accumulate at the dock. In that case, shooting at them with a longbow from the hill farthest from the dock might work, but do keep in mind that there is an immense amount of them on the map, in both directions.

I did it easy enough by staying well away from the dock (so as to not trigger the vizier) and killing the white mantle as they converged. You can stand on the litle green hill and shoot them to aggro. The fight can get hard if you don't kill fast enough.
When they stop coming, you can finish the bonus easily and come back to spawn the vizier.

Take 2 SS necros with Insidious Parasite, enfeeble/enfeebling blood and shadow of fear/faintheartedness
The only difficult parts were the inferno imps and the first undead boss and they were still easy. We breezed through the white mantle siege

My gf and I did it with heroes. Our group was...
Me (Prot bond monk)
Defensive Para
SS Necro
SV Minion Bomber
Her (SF ele)
Heal monk
Simple stuff, at the end have u and ur party stand way back behind vizier and bond him. He takes the blunt of the hits and he can take a ton, especially if hes bonded. SS / SF kills the groups while they wail on the viziur. Easy win.

Just stay back and let him take the beating

i just did mission twice , once for bonus and once for mission, did it with heroes and henchies, very easly doable, just remmber yopu have to choices when you get to boat dock, either you run to pier and fight from pier protecting vizer or stay on grassy area and kill the approaching mantle, 1 wave at the time, with out stepping on beach so that you dont activate vizer spawing.
