Norn Tourny Monk Builds

Just wondering what a few good builds are for a monk primary in the Norn Tournament.
I was using a mo/rt spirit spammer over the preview weekend, but its not working too well anymore because the opponent rushes at you now hehe.
Any tips are appreciated, Thanx!

I was using a 55 Spoil Victor build during the preview event but I guess that doesn't work anymore either if the opponent rushes you since you need some time to set up the enchants.

SV should still work. The only enchantment you need to precast is Balt's Spirit. After that, Prot Spirit is a 1/4s cast, and you can use Dismiss Condition on yourself every once in a while for healing. Regen isn't really necessary, except against the foes that degen alot.

Be sure to bring interrupts. "You Move Like a Dwarf!" is a good one.

I tried using a 55 build too... a few people have enchant removals and life stealing skills though. So, it didn't work out well
