Luxon Elite Armor

I'm in a Kurzick guild but about a week ago I went to the Leviathan Pits and bought 4 pieces of luxon armor. Today, I saved up enough to buy the last piece but when I talked to the armor guy he refused me service and said I had to be a friend of the Luxons. I was in the guild the last time I bought the armor, why can't I buy it anymore? Do I need Luxon faction or be a guest in a Luxon guild or something like that?

For the Luxon NPCs to talk to you, you must have more unspent Luxon Faction than unspent Kurzick Faction. Check the Faction tab in your Hero panel to see how much more Luxon Faction you would need.
